The Sticks is our long, long communal table, stretching through the centre of the restaurant with a stylish totem pole wall for a touch of peek-a-boo allure. Nicely configurable for group bookings of 15 to 25, it suits a lively celebration without feeling fully exposed to the hustle and bustle.

Group Booking Information

Set Menus

For four or more people, ask about our popular set menu option. It starts at $75 per person plus drinks.

Is it Someone’s Birthday?

If you’re celebrating a birthday and wish to bring a cake, please add a note to your online booking to let us know ($25 storage and service fee applies).

Food Allergies?

No problem. Advise your wait person before you order. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace elements.

Public Holidays

A surcharge of 15% applies.

Group Booking Terms & Conditions

November 1 until December 24 is an extremely busy time for us, so please read the following to make sure your visit to The Blue Breeze Inn goes off without a hitch.

Credit Card Confirmation
We require a credit card confirmation when making your group booking. Your card will NOT be charged at this time and is there only to secure your booking in the event of cancellation, change or no show. You will be sent a secure credit card link and your booking is not confirmed until you have added valid credit card details.

Set Menu Dining
From November 1 until December 24, all group bookings of 10 people or more must choose from one of our three set menus. Examples of each are on the website but please note that there could be some dish and price changes prior to the set menus being confirmed on October 20.

We can cater for most dietary requirements, ideally just let us know specific details as soon as possible and well before the dining date.

The Booth
When you dine in The Booth there is a minimum spend of $500.00.

Cancellation, Significant Change & No Show Policy
We understand that plans can change and simply ask that you let us know what those changes are in good time so we have the best opportunity to offer your table to someone else. No shows or big changes to numbers dining have a huge cost and impact on our business – especially with large groups. Here are our cancellation deadlines and charges:

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior  No charge
Cancellation 4-6 weeks prior $25 per head cancellation fee applies
Cancellation 2-4 weeks prior $50 per head cancellation fee applies
Cancellation 0-48 hours prior  $75 per head cancellation fee applies
No Show Charge  $75 per head cancellation fee applies

If you significantly reduce your numbers within 2 days of your booking or simply turn up with significantly less people on the day of your booking then a charge of $50.00 per person not attending will apply. An example of significant change in numbers would be a change of 20% or more. For example a table booked for 20 where only 16 turn up means an extra charge of $200.00 would be incurred.

Finally, these cancellation terms are a necessity – over the past few years we have experienced many people booking large tables and then simply not showing up or showing up with much reduced numbers. A table of 10, 15 or 20+ is almost impossible to resell with no notice and more frustratingly we have no time to offer it to those on our wait list.

Of course if you have an emergency situation or something beyond your control, we’re going to be reasonable. Just let us know with as much notice as you can rather than ‘no-show’ and we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate your changes.
